We specialize in helping you to look and feel your absolute best!  As you probably know, countless studies have found a direct link between your fitness level and your overall confidence and happiness.

But instead of using a "one size fits all" approach to fitness, we design a unique plan that is custom-tailored to fit your exact goals and needs.  Some of the services we offer are:

  • Athletic Consulting (Helping to resolve performance problems in order to maximize athletic development, continue to monitor progress of athlete through year, advise student athletic campus visits, and assist athlete in evaluating athletic options and making final college decision)
  • Athletic Branding (Developing and implementing a plan to market and recognize an individual in the sports industry)
  • One on One Personal Training/Athletic Development (In order to improve, succeed, and achieve in any sport, one must perform, practice, and compete in that sport. In addition to your specific sport training, a strength and conditioning program designed to complement your sports needs will enhance your opportunity to reach your highest potential)
  • Strength and Conditioning Training /Periodization (Periodization is a scientific, systematic training model used to continuously make gains in your training. Periodization uses different combinations of sets, rest, repetitions, and intensity to progressively overload the body avoiding plateaus and diminishing returns you would experience if you followed the same training regimen throughout the entire year or for long periods of time. Periodization usually follows certain phases or progressions such as a "base" phase or hypertrophy, strength & power phase, a maximal strength & power phase, along with a transition phase or "Active rest" phase. Our strength training phases will typically be 4-8 weeks in duration and then recycled through)
  • Speed and Endurance Training (Speed & endurance development is a careful balance and combination of strength training, sport training, skill training, and speed training. Limitations in any of these areas can hinder the athlete's ability to improve their speed or endurance)
  • Nutrition, Rest, & Recovery (This is what completes a sound overall program toward attaining, succeeding, and achieving your goals as a student-athlete. Proper diet, knowing what to eat, when to eat, getting enough sleep each night, taking care of your body and holding yourself accountable to do these things will enable you to maximize your athletic experience)
  • Flexibility & Mobility (Help with mobility to improve coordination, balance, range of motion, and movement quality)
